Nous attendons toujours la réponse des autres concernant les limites territoriales.
D'un autres point de vue, pouvez vous me dire si pour vous, le montant de 10 000$ est correct ou non?

Hello,
Dues of 10.000U$ seems difficult to justify the City College coach:
- No dues of the city of Namur in a other network (AIMF, Ceglu) are so expensive
- SESAME has still unspent funds in its accounts
- We do not see the benefit of the engagement of a commitfull-time international coordinator for an indefinite period (that is the role of the Secretary-General to coordinate with the help of the SESAME officers)
Before to increase the fee, a small budget for 2009 should be established and we can examine what we really need. On this basis, we will be able to determine the amount of the contribution.
Before considering the engagement of a full-time international coordinator for an indefinite period, we should examine if the SESAME officers(with greater involvement of some of them) and the General Secretary are not enough ; even if it means engaging someone, ad hoc and temporary, to assist the preparation of an IBE or otherwise.

Une cotisation de 10.000US$ nous paraît difficile à justifier au Collège municipal car :
- aucune des cotisations de la Ville de Namur à des réseaux (AIMF, Ceglu) n’est aussi élevée
- SESAME a encore des fonds importants non dépensés sur ses comptes
- on ne voit pas l’intérêt de l’engagement à temps plein et à durée indéterminée d’un coordinateur international (c’est le rôle du Secrétaire général de coordonner avec l’aide des Officiers SESAME)
Avant d’augmenter la cotisation, il faudrait établir un petit budget de dépenses pour 2009 et voir de quoi on a réellement besoin. Et, sur base de cela, fixer le montant de la cotisation.
Avant d’envisager l’engagement à temps plein et à durée déterminée d’un coordinateur international, il faudrait voir si on ne peut pas se débrouiller avec les Officiers SESAME (avec une meilleure implication de certains) et le Secrétaire général ; quitte à engager de façon ponctuelle et temporaire un(e) aide pour l’organisation du FIS ou autre.
